A 40-liter vacuum insulated tank stores the daily production (20-50 lpd). Touch Screen (HMI) and PLC controls provide for reliable and safe operation, with the KIC built-in auto-delivery system. LN2 is delivered to the customer’s dewar and as easy as decanting tap water. Several options allows for a variety of applications.

A Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) High-Purity Oxygen liquefier available as Aviator Breathing Oxygen (ABO) grade LOX. Several liters per day can be decanted to Oxygen converters and flight-line dewars by opening the delivery valve. The COGS-KLOX system operates automatically and operates continuously for over a year with no maintenance or operator intervention.

Facility GN2 enters the NL-84 where it is liquefied producing over 100-350 liters per week and stored in the internal 40 liter storage. Liquid levels for the internal and satellite dewars are monitored and automatically controlled using the Touch Screen controls. Liquefier takes minutes to install and will produce LN2 within a few hours.

Custom and standard models generate LN2 in any location. An optional Gen-Set provides the necessary power to drive the equipment. Diesel (fuel and natural gas) power converts air to Liquid Nitrogen. One button automatic operation allows for regional suppliers to provide LN2 to their customers. Larger plants are also available.
